I ask everyone to follow these simple rules when emailing me:

1. Put something in the subject line. People still send me email messages with a blank subject line. Due the the large amount of mail that I receive, I will have to start deleting these messages before reading them. So, please remember to do this.

***June 2006 - many people are continuing to NOT put anything in the subject line. Your emails are being deleted. If you find that you do not receive an autographed picture or a response this may be the reason.

2. DO NOT attach any backgrounds, smilies, graphics or anything of this nature in your email. If you need to send me a graphic, email me first to ask permission. Thank you. This will avoid the email account being overwhelmed again.

***June 2006 -People continue to send attachments and embed pictures, backgrounds, smilies, flowers, etc...Please DO NOT do this! If your email has bounced back to you, this is the reason why, people are not following directions and are filling up the email box account with graphics and attachments. Please send ONLY text messages! If you find that you do not receive an autographed picture or response this may be the reason.

3. I must ask that anyone requesting an autographed picture from Roma by way of the email or snail mail addresses listed below to list their name and postal mailing address EXACTLY like they would type or write it on an envelope. Please do not type it in all capital letters or all small letters or in one long line, or with fancy fonts. Please use a normal font and normal font size. It takes far too much time for me to retype everyones address when you email it to me in a non-acceptable form. Many have emailed me asking why it takes so long to get a picture, this is a big part of the reason. I need to be able to "cut and paste" your postal mailing address right onto a label without having to retype it or change the fonts, etc....Roma signs the pictures herself, but we use labels on the outgoing envelopes. It's the only time saving way to get the pictures out in a timely manner.

***June 2006 - although most of you that have requested pictures have followed these directions, I still get many requests from people who are not following the directions. These emails are being deleted. If you find that you do not receive an autographed picture or response this may be the reason.

4. Please do not request autographed pictures for another person other than yourself (unless you are a family unit, ie....husband and wife with children). Have that person request one themselves, or at least include the person's full name and address, so that the picture can be mailed to them directly.

5. Please do not ask for pictures to arrive in time for grandma's anniversary, or your uncle's birthday or your friend's graduation, etc...They may get there in time, or they may not.

6. If you have questions about Touched by an Angel episodes or about Touched by an Angel in general, I may or may not be able to answer your questions. Please visit the Official website for Touched by an Angel at www.touched.com and visit the message board, post your questions or comments there and you may get an answer to your question much sooner.

7. Roma personally autographs every photograph herself and at no charge. She provides the envelopes and pays for the postage. Many celebrities charge money for autographed pictures. I would like to ask everyone to have more patience and understanding when requesting pictures.

8. Please do not request autographed pictures over and over again throughout the year. One request per person per year is acceptable. I have people emailing and/or writing to me wanting an autographed picture again every few months, when they were just sent one in the last batch that went out!

9. Regarding snail mail: Please do not send certified letters to the P.O. Box, they will be returned to you unclaimed.
